Founded on a passion for education, leadership, and service, The Great Change Litigation Office proudly supports Ohio's Career & Technical Education (CTE) community and the next generation of leaders. Coach Renee, a former Ohio CTE Scholarship recipient, educator, internship mentor, employer partner, and continuing summer program instructor, has had the privilege of working alongside dedicated education and workforce professionals to help students discover meaningful opportunities beyond the classroom.
Alongside her is Macy O., Co-Founder of The Great Change and founder of the growing Adore to Door brand. Together, they have contributed to student learning experiences, workforce development initiatives, and youth career readiness through educational partnerships and community engagement. While each serves in a distinct leadership role, both remain committed to empowering future generations through mentorship, innovation, and opportunity.
